  • Weekly shopping at local shops and farmers.

  • 5 days of the week - preparing 2 warm meals a day.

  • Preparing breakfast for the next morning.

  • Creating a diet plan and planning the dishes for the week, specifically adapted to your energy needs.

  • Preparing special menus or canapés for celebrations.
