in the 4 star superior hotel Edelweiss in Berchtesgaden.
2 years a Bavarian inn named Grünsteinstüberl in Schönau am Königsee.
Working in the kitchen and in the service.
3 years at the Skytop golf restaurant in Berchtesgaden
In a major position, since the reopening. Responsible for a lot of areas like: kitchen, service, events, menu design and online presence.

Weekly shopping at local shops and farmers.
5 days of the week - preparing 2 warm meals a day.
Preparing breakfast for the next morning.
Creating a diet plan and planning the dishes for the week, specifically adapted to your energy needs.
Preparing special menus or canapés for celebrations.
